If you are looking for an Adsense Alternative, here are at least two ways to turn your site's traffic into cash without relying on Google and Adsense.

The first way to advertise on your site, one which i really like is using CBProads. CbProads is very similiar to Adsense in that it using the same ad formats, like text ads and can be put on your site pretty much the same way. With the exception that you can promote any kind of product from clickbank.

The nice thing is that those ads can look very nice with pictures of products, and there is many ways to configure the ad format and how they appear on your site. There are text ads which look very similar to adsense, but also banner ads and list ads, and so fort. You can select the niches from many different categories on Clickbank.

The second way to use advertising on websites, another adsense alternative which i use very often, is simply putting banners on specific niche sites. Those banner ads can either be the same ones you download from vendor sites or you can custom made banners and then put your links in them.

In fact, one of my best selling sites do not have any "adsense" style advertising on them but one prominent banner where i show a related product, eg. from clickbank.

For example, you could have an acne site and have a prominent banner in the header where you sell an affiliate product like a natural acne remedy. Usually, i am not satisifed with the majority of affiliate material like ads and banners offered by vendors and i always custom make banners using a set of tools.

Those are PaintShop Pro and "The Logo Generator". Ask the vendor for permission in regards to what policy they have to use images from their sites. Then i simply grab the images and create the banners matching my site(s). I tweak them a bit using PaintShop and then add a good call to action to them. "The Logo Creator" is very good to add text and other elements, by the way.

Adsense is good if you have a lot of diverse traffic, but for certain niches it might be worth looking into alternatives. This is especially true if you find products on Clickbank which exactly match your site's audience, say if you have a site in the health niche and there is a product for this condition which is already selling well. As opposed to pennies or a few dollars per click using Google Adsense you can get up to 75% commission whith such an alternative which might often simply be better and more profitable.

It is also good if for some reasons you cannot get into Adsense, or have been banned or whatever other reason.
